Notary Public হলেন আইন অনুযায়ী নিয়োগপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তি, যিনি নির্দিষ্ট নোটারিয়াল কার্য সম্পাদন করতে পারেন।
এর মধ্যে পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী ডকুমেন্ট বা স্বাক্ষর সম্পর্কিত নির্দিষ্ট সত্যায়ন, Affidavit এবং অন্যান্য অনুমোদিত নোটারিয়াল কার্য থাকতে পারে।
না। সব ডকুমেন্টের জন্য Notarization বাধ্যতামূলক নয়।
Notarization-এর প্রয়োজনীয়তা প্রধানত নিচের বিষয়গুলোর ওপর নির্ভর করে:
না। Notarization এবং Attestation একই প্রক্রিয়া নয়।
Notarization নির্দিষ্ট নোটারিয়াল কার্য সম্পাদনের সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত, আর Attestation হলো নির্দিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক ডকুমেন্ট বা স্বাক্ষর সম্পর্কিত authentication/certification-এর প্রক্রিয়া।
হ্যাঁ, প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বিদেশে ব্যবহারের জন্য বিভিন্ন ডকুমেন্ট Notarization-এর ব্যবস্থা করা যেতে পারে।
তবে শুধু Notarization যথেষ্ট কি না তা নির্ভর করবে:
অনেক ক্ষেত্রে বিদেশে ব্যবহারের ডকুমেন্টের জন্য একাধিক authentication বা attestation ধাপ থাকতে পারে।
* তবে প্রতিটি ডকুমেন্টের জন্য একই ধাপ প্রযোজ্য নয়।
Power of Attorney (POA) এমন একটি আইনি দলিল যার মাধ্যমে একজন ব্যক্তি নির্দিষ্ট কাজ বা বিষয়ে অন্য একজনকে তার পক্ষে কাজ করার ক্ষমতা প্রদান করতে পারেন।
হ্যাঁ, বিদেশে থাকা বাংলাদেশিদের ক্ষেত্রে দেশে থাকা কোনো ব্যক্তিকে নির্দিষ্ট বিষয়ে ক্ষমতা দেওয়ার জন্য Power of Attorney প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
তবে বিদেশ থেকে POA সম্পাদনের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট Bangladesh Embassy / High Commission / Consular Authority এবং বাংলাদেশে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের requirements অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
একই ব্যক্তির বিভিন্ন ডকুমেন্টে নাম বা অন্যান্য পরিচয়গত তথ্যের মধ্যে পার্থক্য থাকলে সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের requirements অনুযায়ী Same Person Affidavit প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
* এর মধ্যে বানান বা তথ্যের পার্থক্য থাকলে বিষয়টি যাচাই করে প্রয়োজনীয় Declaration / Affidavit প্রস্তুত করা যেতে পারে।
